Manufacturing Unit - Kolkata :

PRATAP GROUP started production of HDPE/PP CIRCULAR WOVEN FABRIC /SACKS in 1984 and modernized its Plant from time to time. Presently, we have 4 (Four) Units in Kolkata (Dist. Howrah) in the name of PRATAP SYTHETICS LTD, PRATAP POLYSACKS LTD, HISSAR UDYOG PVT. LTD, with a minimum Manufacturing Capacity of about 12,000 MT PA and with Lamination capacity of 1500 MTPA ( 3 Plants ), manufacturing capacity of LINER FILM and BAG is 1200 MTPA and with capacity of Non-Woven Fabric 1500 MTPA. The turn-over of these products is about Rs. 90 Crores ( USD 22 Millions ). We have ventured into TEXTURIZING YARN/SIZING YARN from POY in 1994 and Installation capacity of 12000 MTPA in 3 (Three) Units, situated in DAMAN and SURAT (Gujarat). The turn-0ver is about 120 Crores (USD29 Millions ). At present PRATAP GROUP is among the top 20 (twenty) TEXTURIZING YARN/SIZING YARN MANUFACTURERS in the Country. The Company is actively perusing for further expansion in these areas, for doubling the capacity.


Manufacturing Unit - Surat :

We have also ventured into Texturised Yarn / Sizing Yarn from POY in the 1994 with installed capacity of 12000 MT per annum in 3 units situated in Daman and Surat (Gujarat). The turnover is about Rs. 120 crores (USD 29 Millions).

Today, Pratap Group is among the top 20 Texturised Yarn / Sizing Yarn manufacturer in the country. The company is actively pursuing further expansion in this area, doubling the capacity.
