Presently the Company is engaged in Manufacturing and Exporting of HDPE/PP WOVEN FABRIC/SACKS/ ( HM/ LLDP) INDUSTRIAL LINER / NON-WOVEN FABRIC and TEXTURIZING YARN / SIZING YARN, headed by Mr. J.C. Agarwal and his younger brother Mr. S.S. Jindal since its inception. The Company has progressed in leaps and bound. We have Annual Turnover of about Rs. 210 Crores ( USD 51 Million). Company's long standing presence in the market has resulted of
its superior quality of product, fulfillment of commitment and its goodwill. Our ability to cater to wide variety of the requirement is unparalleled asset. |

| Mr. J. C. Agarwal : (B.Com, LLB, FICWA, ACS) - Group Chairman, has got a long working experience with a very large Industrial Houses. Currently he is the Executive Member of The Bengal Chamber of Commerce and Industries, a prominent Organization of the Eastern India, associated with Chambers in the International level and various PHILANTHROPIC INSTITUTIONS. He is the past President of the Indian Plastics Federation( IPF ) Association representing PLASTIC INDUSTRIES of Eastern India. |

| Mr. S. S. Jindal : (M.Com. LLB, MBA) - Managing Director of the Company. He is the Co-founder of PRATAP GROUPS. With his elder Brother in 1970 he is depthly managing various day-to-day activities of the Group. He is also associated with various Chambers and Social Organizations. |

| Mr. Sunil Agarwal : Whole time Director of the Company.He has got 18 years experience in managing the entire production and marketing. He supervises the product development, business development etc. |

| Mr. Vineet Jindal : Whole time Director of the Company,among other areas. He looks after the key area of Human Resource Development. |
